Glasdir Copper Trail

The trail starts from the Glasdir Car Park, and following the red trail, you end up down at Afon Babi - according to folklore a fairy baby was exchanged here for a local farmers child.

 

Crossing Afon Babi, you will take the circular tour and discover the old copper workings in such a peaceful, rural setting - something you would not expect to see. Rising to the upper tier of the workings, you're offered a view of the whole site and the river valley below.

 

The trail has a number of steep steps ascending and descending throughout the trail.
