Forest Garden Discovery Trail

Staring from the Pandy Car Park, this trail offers various types of trees found throughout the world, and gives you some fantastic facts about them.

 

Follow the green trail down to Afon Babi - the river of the baby, where local folklore claims a fairy baby was exchanged for a local farmers child. Once you cross the bridge, you will discover our fantastic tree collection from various places around the world.

 

The garden is scattered with both formal and informal tracks, some which are steeper and more uneven than others. There are however no steps or stiles.

 

For disabled users, to access the discovery trail, they can start from the disabled only car park. Crossing the bridge and following through the lowest part of the forest garden, overlooking the waterfall. The trail is purpose built for all ability standards with an easy, 10% gradient.
